KEFIR BEE POLLEN CHEESE OATMEAL BREAKFAST

**THIS IS AN AWESOME NUTRITIONAL BREAKFAST!! IT TASTES GREAT AND IS ABSOLUTELY PACKED WITH VITAMINS, MINERALS, PROTEINS, ….ALL PREDIGESTED FOR YOU AND LOADED WITH PREBIOTICS AND PROBIOTICS FOR YOUR LONG-TERM DIGESTIVE HEALTH. MOST EXPERTS WILL ADMIT THAT THE HEALTH OF THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM DETERMINES THE REST OF YOUR HEALTH. **

START WITH ABOUT 2 CUPS RAW OATMEAL IN A GLASS CONTAINER. PART OF THIS MAY HAVE BENEFICIAL SUBSTITUTES OF FLAX SEED, CRACKED WHEAT, QUINOA OR OTHER GRAINS.
ADD ½ TO 1 C. DRIED OR FRESH FRUIT PIECES, (PREFERABLY UNSULFURED OR IF UNAVAILABLE .. USE SULFURED IN LIMITED AMOUNTS AS IT MAY AFFECT THE FERMENTING PROCESS). SUGGESTIONS; RAISINS, PRUNE, PINEAPPLE, CRANBERRY, CHERRY, PEACH, APRICOT.
ADD NUTS AS DESIRED.
POUR 24 HOUR CULTURED KEFIR MILK OVER THE TOP AND STIR IN. (NOTE ASIDE: THE OTHER POSSIBILITIES FOR THE FERMENTING LIQUID ARE THE WHEY, OR THE KEFIR BEE POLLEN MILK OR WHEY)

PLACE A BREATHABLE COVER SUCH AS A COFFEE FILTER OVER THE TOP OF THE GLASS BOWL OR OTHER CONTAINER. THE COFFEE FILTER CAN BE KEPT IN PLACE WITH A RUBBER BAND. LET STAND AT LEAST OVERNIGHT TO PREDIGEST THE GRAINS AND SUGARS. 24 HOURS IS BETTER BUT SEALED. 48 WILL NOT HURT.! THEN REFRIGERATE ANY REMAINING IN SEALED CONTAINER.
