I am going to put new recommendations for other websites or forums, articles etc. in this Article as I get time.

Herbal Remedies, a Yahoo discussion forum: I do also wish to mention this Yahoo discussion forum for alternative original "remedies", formulas and thoughts on healing protocols .. not a site concentrated on "sales" or "product" but rather the dissemination of information to others. I make and use many of Doc Shillington's remedies. I really recommend the "Total Tonic" for building immunity to everything and to fight off "everything" as it comes along. As he says, (paraphrased), he publishes it every year for whatever most recent plague is being forecast that year to doom all life on earth :) . SuperfoodSnacks
This is my review of Christine Margaret's Superfood Snacks which I posted back to her Facebook message re. her book :

"I just browsed your new book and am awed by it and the conclusions you have come to, (because so many of them are like I've come to, (e.g., that the wilder/stronger the "weed" as I call them, probably the better they are for one). You brought out that the superfoods usually have some of that "bitterness" from the anthrocyanins.

You have classified all the superfoods and categories so they fall into in a much more coherent and simple method than I've managed to so far. I have a 164 gigabyte computer crammed full of about 1/3 info on foods and food sources, diet types, etc. and plants, wild and other. But organized …not so much!! I am going to have to buy your book.

Another thing ..you answered a new question I've had since I found some new info on fibromyalgia where one site is saying to abandon all the salicylate foods when you pointed out your answer has been, (the same as mine thus far), to not try elimination so much as inclusion of superfoods. That has seemed to rescue "us" (Dave & I) so far, but of course, since we are in the usual "declining years", just staying "even" is a challenge, overcoming is another, and being on the side of getting "better" is our goal!

This is a new "must buy" so I can mark it all up with sidenotes!! (Oh, I love your picturization of classifications and categories to make it easy to find and easier yet to remember.) That is 1 lesson I've learned with the superlearning stuff one has to do to read and analyze, for instance, in law. Make it easy to find and remember cues."

WAPF This is the **Weston A Price Foundation link with a wealth of comparative health information going back to comparative health studies done "way back" from 20's and 30's among 10 different remote indigenous peoples who had little to no contact with then-modernized living. He was also a dentist and did a now-famous, but underutilized, study of their diets, and took pictures of their bodily structures and mouths, recording incidence of dental caries, etc. among them. Pictures among these same groups now, with further exposure to "modern" foods, shows a huge variation in dental and bone structure. The evidence is irrefutable.

On the above site, you will also find a wealth of information on how you may tailor diets to your particular needs which will help remediate challenges or health problems you currently face.

Here is a video from an older doctor/author/researcher who has probably been partly responsible for saving my life from the excellent advice he's given online and in his books which I've absorbed. He is right, (clicking with both the presentation of evidence and how it has materialized as I've applied the sciences to my life), on so many of the nutrition and health controversies, e.g., DMSO, raw milk, using food to help reverse many conditions, (e.g., my own reversals or management were degenerative arthritis, GERD, IBS, blood pressure, congestive heart failure, Sjogren's Syndrome, the need for more iodine and sea salt).

This is another video telling about Weston Price studies about primitive diets.

Cooking God's Way is recommended as a very informative site which incorporates "holistic" concepts for nutrition.
